My word of 2021 was intentionality. Every decision I made was intentional — from the guests on Hella Latin@ to my career venture into LinkedIn to partnering with Intuit’s Latino Network. The only way I was able to be intentional was to have a clear vision, a clear why, and then moving with purpose.
